UX/UI Designer III

Role Overview

UX/UI Designer III (Digital Interactive Designer) — remote. This is a digital-first role focused primarily on visual design and UI execution across channels such as email, websites, banners, and social media, with limited UX research.

Responsibilities

• Design digital experiences across multiple platforms:
  • Emails
  • Web banners
  • Websites
  • Social media content
  • Occasional mobile applications
• Create responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile
• Apply modern design patterns and UI best practices
• Develop intuitive, visually compelling user interfaces
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences
• Build prototypes and communicate design concepts effectively
• Stay current with digital design trends and emerging technologies
• Present portfolio examples and explain design decisions and contributions

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years working in an advertising agency/creative agency environment (required)
• 5+ years UX/UI design experience (preferred)
• Strong proficiency with Figma (primary design tool)
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite:
  • Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Strong understanding of:
  • Responsive design principles
  • UX/UI best practices and digital design standards
  • Modern interface patterns
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital design work (website portfolio preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting pharmaceutical/healthcare clients
• Experience creating clickable prototypes
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
• Motion graphics/animation experience
• Strong understanding of clean, modern, minimal design aesthetics

Interview Process

• Typically one round with the hiring manager and team members
• Portfolio review required during interviews

Work Setup / Schedule

• Remote
• 1 year (ongoing)
• Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM ET
• Can start around 20 hours/week and transition to 40 hours/week based on business needs
