UX/UI Designer

Role overview

As a UX/UI Visual Designer in Stellantis’ global creative team, you will define the visual identity and aesthetics of vehicle interfaces across multiple brands. You’ll design cutting-edge, user-friendly in-vehicle UI experiences that improve the driver and passenger journey.

What you will do

• Design immersive digital interfaces for vehicle experiences within a user-centered ecosystem.
• Establish brand-aligned visual design for vehicle interfaces, including infotainment systems and instrument clusters.
• Create intuitive, readable interface designs that reflect each brand’s unique personality.
• Work on both show cars and production vehicles, translating brand values into UI visuals.
• Bridge user behavior, technological capabilities, and aesthetic principles to meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative visual concepts for vehicle infotainment systems, instrument clusters, and other digital interfaces.
• Collaborate with product teams, engineers, and brand managers to align designs with technical specs and brand guidelines.
• Produce wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs showing user flows and interactions.
• Conduct user research and usability testing, using feedback to refine designs.
• Stay current with UI/UX trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UX Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• Proven UI/UX design experience, preferably in automotive or related tech sectors.
• Strong portfolio covering visual design, interface design, and user-centered design.
• Proficiency with design/prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Figma.
• Solid understanding of human factors, ergonomics, and accessibility standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of automotive hardware and software systems.
