UX/UI Designer

Role Overview

Join Stellantis’ creative team as a UX/UI Visual Designer to shape the visual identity and user experience of in-vehicle interfaces across multiple brands (e.g., Jeep, Ram, Dodge, Chrysler).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop visually compelling, user-friendly in-vehicle interfaces aligned with brand identity.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups to communicate design concepts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (interior/exterior design, product planning, software development, engineering) to meet aesthetic and functional requirements.
• Participate in user research and usability testing to refine interfaces based on feedback.
• Maintain consistency across vehicle models/brands while enabling brand-specific customization.
• Stay current with industry trends, design tools, and automotive technology.
• Contribute to design guidelines and standards for in-vehicle UI.
• Work with developers/engineers to support accurate implementation of designs.

Requirements

• Strong UX/UI design background focused on automotive or digital interfaces.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• Portfolio demonstrating work on digital and/or automotive interfaces.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar design tools.
• Strong visual design skills, attention to detail, and ability to create intuitive user experiences.
• Excellent communication and teamwork; ability to adapt to changing requirements.

Nice to Have

• Experience with prototyping tools.
• Understanding of front-end development principles.
