About the role

UX/UI Designer

Join the product team to lead the design of intuitive, high-quality user interfaces across web and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define requirements and translate them into UX flows and high-fidelity UI designs.
Design and maintain interfaces for web applications and CRM workflows, aligned with the design system and brand guidelines.
Conduct user research (interviews, usability testing) to validate and iterate based on feedback and analytics.
Produce wireframes, interactive prototypes, and detailed design specifications for stakeholders and development teams.
Work with CRM data models and user journeys to design efficient CRM screens supporting sales, support, and customer success workflows.
Steward a reusable component library / design system to improve consistency and delivery speed.
Partner with engineering to ensure designs are implemented accurately and perform well across devices; provide assets and QA support.
Measure and report design impact using qualitative and quantitative metrics; iterate to improve adoption and performance.
Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design, including WCAG best practices.

Requirements

3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with a strong web/application UI portfolio.
Demonstrated experience designing for CRM platforms or enterprise workflows (configuring screens, optimizing user journeys, understanding CRM constraints/integrations).
Proficiency with modern design/prototyping tools such as Figma (also Sketch/Adobe XD acceptable) and engineering handoff tools.
Strong interaction design, visual hierarchy, responsive design, and accessibility (WCAG) knowledge.
Experience running user research and usability testing and applying insights to product decisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration; experience working in cross-functional Agile teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Design/HCI/Human-Computer Interaction (or equivalent practical experience).

Nice to have

Familiarity with Slate (or Slate-based tools/workflows).
Experience contributing to or maintaining component libraries and design systems.
