UX/UI Designer

Role: UX/UI Designer

Fully remote UX/UI Designer for an education client (contract assignment lasting 4+ months). Must be able to work in the Eastern time zone.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with senior designers and product owners.
• Help define development requirements and provide design input to inform technology and implementation decisions.
• Translate user needs and business goals into clear design solutions for internal users.
• Build and evolve design knowledge to ensure consistency and scalability of systems, tools, and processes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience.
• Strong Figma experience.
• Hands-on experience designing:
  • User flows
  • Wireframes
  • Concepts
  • Interactive prototypes
• Familiarity with accessibility guidelines and designing for optimal accessibility.
• Ability to apply and grow institutional knowledge of existing systems, tools, and processes.

Preferred

• Human-Centered Design experience.

Portfolio Requirements

• Demonstrate design work for mobile and web solutions.
• Show your process and how you collaborate across functions within the Product Development Lifecycle.

Location / Work Authorization

• Must be physically located in the United States and able to work without employer sponsorship (non-immigrant visa sponsorship not supported).
