About the role

Role Overview

As a UX/UI Designer at Creatif Studio, you will create intuitive, engaging user experiences for clients’ digital products. You’ll collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design solutions aligned to both user needs and business goals.

Responsibilities

Lead the design process from research and concept through to high-fidelity prototypes
Conduct user research and usability testing to drive design decisions
Create and maintain design systems to ensure consistency and speed up development
Work closely with developers to support pixel-perfect implementation
Present design concepts and rationales to clients and stakeholders
Stay current with UX/UI trends while focusing on usability fundamentals

Requirements

3+ years of UX/UI design experience
Strong portfolio showing design process and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with design tools such as Figma or Sketch
Experience with design systems and component libraries
Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design
Strong communication and collaboration skills
