About the role
Role Overview
We’re looking for a UX/UI Designer who specializes in AI-native product design. You’ll translate complex AI capabilities into clean, human-centered interfaces for both end users and developers.
Responsibilities
- Own UX and UI design for AI products, including:
- Agent interfaces
- Model interaction flows
- Developer-facing tools
- Turn complex AI functionality into intuitive experiences (make the powerful feel simple)
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and rapid prototyping to validate decisions
- Build and maintain a scalable design system across web and product surfaces
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to ship from concept to production
- Use AI design tools as part of your workflow (not as a novelty)
- Contribute to product strategy by identifying UX opportunities and advocating for users
Requirements
- 2–6 years of product design experience (UX + UI) with a strong portfolio
- Demonstrated experience designing AI-native products (e.g., chatbots, agent interfaces, LLM-powered features, prompt-driven UIs)
- Fluency with AI tools in the design workflow (using AI to accelerate work)
- Systems thinking for complex information architecture while keeping UX clean
- Proficiency in Figma (required)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first, async environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with prototyping tools such as Protopie and Framer
How to Apply
- Submit your portfolio (AI product design work and/or relevant case studies)
- Include a brief note describing a recent AI product UX challenge you solved and your approach
