About the role

Role Overview

Boostlingo is seeking a UX/UI Design Researcher (AI-First Organization) to shape intuitive, trustworthy, and high-impact AI-powered user experiences. The role sits at the intersection of Product, Design, Engineering, and Go-to-Market strategy, leading research that informs roadmap decisions and validating AI-driven features.

Responsibilities

Lead product & UX research (strategic + applied) across the product lifecycle, especially for AI-driven features
Translate ambiguous AI/product concepts into clear research and validation plans
Uncover user needs in complex AI-assisted workflows
Test and evaluate advanced AI interactions such as:
- Automation
- AI suggestions
- Feedback loops
Design and analyze experiments, including A/B tests and behavioral data, to improve product and AI performance
Evaluate trust, comprehension, and mental models to ensure AI experiences are intuitive and predictable
Contribute as a Product Designer by turning insights into UX/UI solutions
Simplify complex AI workflows to improve usability and clarity
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data to design human-in-the-loop systems
Develop scalable, consistent design patterns for AI interactions across the platform
Balance research and design execution to deliver high-quality, user-centered experiences

Requirements

Ability to lead qualitative and quantitative research across the product lifecycle
Experience validating AI-driven features through experiment design and data analysis
Strong understanding of how to assess user trust, comprehension, and mental models for AI interactions
Cross-functional collaboration across Product, Design, Engineering, and Data

Nice-to-Haves

Experience working on AI products or intelligent systems where clarity, transparency, and human-centered UX are critical
Experience improving product performance via behavioral data and experiment results
