UX/UI Design Consultant (Remote)

Role Overview

UX/UI Design Consultant (Contractor) working remote (work from anywhere). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design user experiences for web and mobile that help create high-quality, real-world input for next-generation AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts and user flows.
• Ensure designs align with modern design principles, accessibility standards, and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative user experiences.
• Iterate quickly using stakeholder feedback, research insights, and user testing outcomes.
• Advocate for the user by balancing aesthetics and usability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency with wireframing/prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Strong portfolio showing high-fidelity mockups and user flows.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design and accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Ability to iterate rapidly and incorporate feedback.
