About the role

Role overview

Joveo is hiring a UX Researcher (Remote) to build the foundation of user understanding. You’ll run research across the product lifecycle and ensure insights from job seekers and hiring professionals shape product decisions from early concept through post-launch evaluation.

Key responsibilities

Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative user research studies
Conduct interviews, usability tests, surveys, and contextual inquiries
Synthesize findings into actionable insights and design recommendations
Build and maintain a user insights repository for Product and Design teams
Collaborate with Designers and PMs to integrate research into the product process
Communicate research outcomes to stakeholders clearly and persuasively

Required skills & qualifications

Strong experience conducting qualitative and quantitative UX research
Proficiency with UX research tools such as UserTesting, Maze, Lookback, or similar
Ability to design rigorous research studies with appropriate methodologies
Experience with survey design and quantitative analysis of user behavior data
Strong synthesis and storytelling skills to turn data into clear insights
Ability to influence product decisions with evidence-based recommendations
