About the role

Role Overview

Joveo is hiring a UX Researcher (Remote) to establish a foundation of user understanding. You will run end-to-end research, translate findings into actionable recommendations, and ensure insights from job seekers and hiring professionals shape product decisions from concept through post-launch evaluation.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative UX research studies
Conduct interviews, usability tests, surveys, and contextual inquiries
Synthesize research results into actionable insights and design recommendations
Build and maintain a user insights repository for Product and Design teams
Partner with designers and PMs to integrate research into the product process
Present research findings to stakeholders with clarity and impact

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience in qualitative and quantitative UX research
Proficiency with research tools such as UserTesting, Maze, Lookback (or similar)
Ability to design rigorous research studies using appropriate methodologies
Experience with survey design and quantitative analysis of user behavior data
Excellent synthesis and storytelling skills to turn data into clear insights
Ability to influence product decisions with evidence-based recommendations
