About the role

Role Overview

Joveo is hiring a UX Researcher to build the foundation of user understanding. You will run user research studies, surface actionable insights, and ensure that feedback from job seekers and hiring professionals shapes product decisions from early concept through post-launch evaluation.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative user research studies
Conduct interviews, usability tests, surveys, and contextual inquiries
Synthesize findings into actionable insights and design recommendations
Build and maintain a user insights repository for Product and Design teams
Collaborate with designers and PMs to integrate research into the product process
Communicate research results to stakeholders clearly and persuasively

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience conducting qualitative and quantitative UX research
Proficiency with UX research tools such as UserTesting, Maze, Lookback, or similar
Ability to design rigorous studies using appropriate methodologies
Experience with survey design and quantitative analysis of user behavior data
Strong synthesis and storytelling to translate data into clear insights
Ability to influence product decisions with evidence-based recommendations
