Role Overview

Quantitative UX Researcher to join a healthcare-focused team. The role partners with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to turn quantitative analysis into actionable improvements across the patient journey, workflows, and key engagement metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and model bottlenecks in the patient journey to improve the end-to-end experience
  • Analyze workflow drop-off points to pinpoint friction impacting user engagement
  • Translate ambiguous problems into clear, testable hypotheses
  • Perform exploratory analyses to establish user behavior baselines and patterns
  • Design experiments to improve workflows while supporting long-term user trust
  • Evaluate usability studies to uncover friction and experience issues
  • Build surveys to capture insights that explain observed user behaviors
  • Create dashboards and reporting systems to surface trends and support data-driven execution

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in quantitative UX research or analytical roles in a digital product environment
  • Strong statistics foundation and experience with experimentation, especially engagement metrics
  • Proficiency in SQL and either Python or R for data analysis
  • Experience designing and interpreting live product experiments
  • Ability to integrate insights from surveys and NPS with quantitative findings

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with AI-enabled research or analytics and good judgment about automation impacts

Logistics / Compensation

  • Remote (US-based candidates only); no visa sponsorship
  • Compensation: $110,000–$135,000 annually
