About the role
Role Overview
The UX Researcher will shape the future of the Peacock product by conducting studies that inform browsing experiences across devices, subscriber confidence in content decisions, and innovative discovery for sports audiences.
You will report to the Senior Director of User Research and Consumer Insights and collaborate with Product, Design, Analytics, and Product Marketing partners.
Responsibilities
- Conduct, analyze, and synthesize research across consumer product and device experiences
- Partner with Designers, Product Managers, Data Analysts, and other UX Researchers to define research questions and identify insight opportunities
- Support the User Research roadmap and ensure alignment with stakeholder and product needs to achieve organizational KPIs and goals
- Communicate and socialize research findings, translating insights into actionable recommendations
- Manage vendors when needed for specific projects
- Use innovative research methodologies and AI-enabled tools to streamline efficient, repeatable workflows
- Champion a consumer-centric mindset across the organization
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience conducting UX research
- Experience executing product research projects end-to-end: study design → fielding → synthesis → reporting
- Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative methods, including:
- surveys
- moderated and unmoderated usability studies
- in-depth interviews
- diary studies
- card sorting
- Understanding of when/how to apply research methods across the product development lifecycle
- Familiarity with statistics and experience using survey tools such as Qualtrics
- Proven ability to use data and insights to influence product decisions and direction
- Ability to connect insights and themes across multiple research projects
