About the role
Role Overview
You’ll work as a UX Researcher to help train and improve cutting-edge AI models for design work. You’ll assess AI-generated interfaces, layouts, visuals, and user experiences, then provide detailed feedback to improve aesthetics, usability, and creative quality.
Responsibilities
- Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
- Evaluate AI output quality for correctness and performance
- Help train models to better understand aesthetic quality and user-centered design
- Contribute to design-focused projects such as UI/UX critique, product visuals, and aesthetic evaluation
Qualifications
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
- Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
- Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (current/in-progress/completed)
Preferred / Additional Notes
- Apply via the general core assessment, then complete a Web & UI/UX Design qualification to join design-specific projects.
Contract & Pay
- Remote (full-time or part-time) with flexible schedule
- Independent contract
- Pay starts at $25–$30+ USD/hour for general AI training; $40+ USD/hour for design-focused projects, plus bonuses for exceptional work
- Payment via PayPal
