UX Researcher

UX Researcher (AI Design Evaluation)

You’ll help train and improve AI models by assessing how they understand, generate, and evaluate design work (interfaces, layouts, visuals, and user experiences). Your feedback will directly influence how next-generation AI tools support designers.

Responsibilities

• Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
• Evaluate AI output quality for correctness and performance
• Help train models on aesthetic quality and user-centered design
• Provide detailed feedback to refine the model’s sense of usability, aesthetics, and creative quality

Qualification / Requirements

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
• Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
• Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (current/in-progress/completed)

Additional information

• After applying through the general core assessment, you may complete a qualification for Web & UI/UX Design to join design-specific projects.
• Projects may include UI/UX critique, product visuals, and aesthetic evaluation (presentations and creative deliverables).

  • General AI training: $25–$30+ USD/hour
  • Design-focused projects: $40+ USD/hour
