About the role

Role Overview

The company is seeking a UX Researcher to help train AI systems to better understand and evaluate UI/UX, visuals, layouts, and user experiences. You will review AI-generated design outputs, provide detailed feedback, and contribute to design-specific evaluation projects.

Responsibilities

Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
Evaluate AI output quality for correctness and performance
Help train models to understand aesthetic quality and user-centered design
Contribute to projects such as UI/UX critique, product visuals, and aesthetic evaluation (including presentations/creative deliverables)

Requirements

Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
A Bachelor’s degree in progress/completed is preferred (not required)

Compensation & Work Setup

Remote; full-time or part-time with ability to choose projects
General AI training projects: $25–$30+ USD/hr
Design-focused projects: $40+ USD/hr, with bonuses for exceptional work
Payment via PayPal
