About the role
Role Overview
The company is seeking a UX Researcher to help train AI systems to better understand and evaluate UI/UX, visuals, layouts, and user experiences. You will review AI-generated design outputs, provide detailed feedback, and contribute to design-specific evaluation projects.
Responsibilities
- Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
- Evaluate AI output quality for correctness and performance
- Help train models to understand aesthetic quality and user-centered design
- Contribute to projects such as UI/UX critique, product visuals, and aesthetic evaluation (including presentations/creative deliverables)
Requirements
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
- Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
- Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
- A Bachelor’s degree in progress/completed is preferred (not required)
Compensation & Work Setup
- Remote; full-time or part-time with ability to choose projects
- General AI training projects: $25–$30+ USD/hr
- Design-focused projects: $40+ USD/hr, with bonuses for exceptional work
- Payment via PayPal
