About the role
UX Researcher (AI Training)
Help train and improve AI models by evaluating and refining how they understand and generate design work, including interfaces, layouts, visuals, and user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
- Assess AI output quality for correctness and performance
- Provide detailed feedback to improve the model’s sense of aesthetics and user-centered design
- Participate in design-specific projects (e.g., UI/UX critique, product visuals, aesthetic evaluation, presentation/creative deliverables)
Requirements
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
- Background in UI/UX, web design, product design, or graphic design
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
- Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (in progress or completed)
Nice to have
- Experience or strong capability contributing to critique and creative/aesthetic evaluation deliverables
Position details
- Remote (full-time or part-time)
- Choose projects and work on your own schedule
- Independent contract position
Compensation
- General AI training projects: $20+ USD/hour
- Design-focused projects: $40+ USD/hour
- Bonuses for exceptional work
- Payment via PayPal (no money requested from applicants)
