About the role

Role overview

As a UX Researcher, you will help train and improve AI models’ understanding of design work. You’ll evaluate AI-generated interfaces, layouts, visuals, and user experiences, then provide detailed feedback to refine aesthetic quality, usability, and creative output.

What you’ll do

Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
Assess quality of AI outputs for correctness and performance
Help train models to better understand aesthetic quality and user-centered design
Contribute to design-focused projects such as UI/UX critique, product visuals, and aesthetic evaluation (e.g., presentations and creative deliverables)

Hiring flow

Apply through the general core assessment
Complete a qualification for Web & UI/UX Design
Once approved, work on general AI training projects and be invited to design-specific projects

Qualifications

Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flows
Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
Bachelor’s degree preferred (current/in-progress/completed) but not required

General AI training: $20+/hr
Design-focused projects: $40+/hr
