About the role

Role overview

You will work as a UX Researcher helping train cutting-edge AI models. You’ll evaluate AI-generated design work (interfaces, layouts, visuals, and user experiences), provide detailed feedback, and help refine the model’s understanding of aesthetics, usability, and creative quality.

What you’ll do

Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
Evaluate AI output quality for correctness and performance
Help train models on aesthetic quality and user-centered design
Contribute to design-specific projects such as:
- UI/UX critique
- Product visuals
- Aesthetic evaluation (including presentations and creative deliverables)

Requirements

Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Background in UI/UX, web, product, or graphic design
Strong understanding of:
- Visual hierarchy
- Interaction design
- User flow
Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
Bachelor’s degree preferred (in progress or completed)

Remote (full-time or part-time)
Choose which projects you want to work on; work on your own schedule
General AI training projects: $20+/hour USD
Design-focused projects: $40+/hour USD
Bonuses for exceptional work
