About the role
Role Overview
UX Researcher to help train and improve AI models. You will assess and enhance how AI systems understand, generate, and evaluate design work—including interfaces, layouts, visuals, and overall user experience.
Responsibilities
- Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
- Evaluate AI output for correctness and performance
- Provide feedback that helps train models on aesthetic quality and user-centered design
- Contribute to design-specific training projects (e.g., UI/UX critique, product visuals, aesthetic evaluation)
Qualifications
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
- Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
- Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (in progress or completed)
Compensation & Work Setup
- Remote work; full-time or part-time
- You can choose which projects to work on and work on your own schedule
- Pay starts at $20+/hr for general AI training; $40+/hr for design-focused projects, with bonuses for exceptional work

Hiring Process
- Apply via the general core assessment, then complete a qualification for Web & UI/UX Design.
- Once approved, you may join both general training projects and design-specific projects.
