About the role

UX Researcher (AI Design Evaluation)

Help train AI models to better understand, generate, and evaluate design work—especially interfaces, layouts, visuals, and user experiences.

What you’ll do

Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
Evaluate AI output quality for correctness and performance
Contribute to training models on aesthetic quality and user-centered design
Provide detailed feedback that improves the model’s sense of aesthetics, usability, and creative quality

How projects work

Designers first apply through a general core assessment, then complete a qualification for Web & UI/UX Design
After approval, you may work on both general AI training projects and design-specific projects (e.g., UI/UX critique, product visuals, aesthetic evaluation, presentations, and creative deliverables)

Qualifications

Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
Bachelor’s degree preferred (in progress or completed)

Compensation & logistics

Remote (full-time or part-time)
Choose which projects you want; you can work on your own schedule
Pay starts at:
- General AI training: $20+ USD/hour
- Design-focused projects: $40+ USD/hour
- Bonuses for exceptional work
Independent contract position; payment via PayPal
