About the role

Role Overview

UX Researcher to help train and improve AI models focused on understanding and evaluating design work. You’ll assess AI-generated interfaces and visuals, provide detailed feedback, and help refine the model’s sense of aesthetics, usability, and overall creative quality.

What You’ll Do

Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
Evaluate AI output quality for correctness and performance
Help train models to better understand aesthetic quality and user-centered design

How Projects Work

Apply through the general core assessment, then complete a qualification for Web & UI/UX Design
Once approved, you may work on:
- General AI training projects
- Design-specific projects such as UI/UX critique, product visuals, and aesthetic evaluation (including presentations and creative deliverables)

Qualifications

Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Background in UI/UX, web design, product design, or graphic design
Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
Bachelor’s degree preferred (current/in-progress/completed)

Compensation & Work Setup

Remote (full-time or part-time)
Choose which projects you want; work on your own schedule
Pay: $20+/hr for general AI training projects; $40+/hr for design-focused projects; bonuses for exceptional work
Independent contract; payment via PayPal
