Role Overview

UX Researcher (remote)

Help train AI models to better understand and evaluate UI/UX design, including interfaces, layouts, visuals, and overall user experience quality. You’ll review AI outputs and provide detailed feedback that improves the model’s sense of aesthetics, usability, and creative quality.

Responsibilities

Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
Assess AI output quality for correctness and performance
Help train models to understand aesthetic quality and user-centered design
Contribute to design-focused projects such as UI/UX critique, product visuals, and aesthetic evaluation (e.g., presentations and creative deliverables)

Qualifications

Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flows
Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
Bachelor’s (in progress, completed, or current) preferred, not required

Compensation & Work Setup

Full-time or part-time REMOTE with flexible scheduling
General AI training projects: $20+/hr USD
Design-focused projects: $40+/hr USD
Bonuses available for exceptional work
Payment via PayPal

Independent contract position
