Role overview

UX Researcher (Remote) Help train and improve AI models by evaluating and critiquing AI-generated design work. Your feedback will shape how the next generation of AI tools supports designers.

Responsibilities

Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
Evaluate AI output quality for correctness and performance
Help train models to better understand aesthetic quality and user-centered design
Provide detailed feedback that refines the model’s sense of usability, aesthetics, and creative quality
Contribute to design-specific projects (e.g., UI/UX critique, product visuals, and aesthetic evaluation)

Qualifications

Fluent English (native or bilingual)
Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
Bachelor’s preferred but not required

Compensation & work model

Full-time or part-time remote work
Choose which projects you want to work on and work on your own schedule
General AI training: $20+ USD/hour
Design-focused projects: $40+ USD/hour
Bonuses for exceptional work
