About the role

Role Overview

You’ll work as a UX Researcher to help train and improve AI models by evaluating AI-generated design work. Your design expertise will guide feedback that shapes how AI understands aesthetics, usability, and creative quality.

Responsibilities

Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
Evaluate AI output quality for correctness and performance
Help train models to better understand aesthetic quality and user-centered design

Qualifications

Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
Bachelor’s degree preferred (current/in-progress/completed), but not required

Nice to Haves

Experience completing design-specific qualification for Web & UI/UX Design (not required for initial application)

Compensation & Work Style

Remote (full-time or part-time) and you can choose which projects to work on
Self-paced schedule
General AI training projects: $20+ USD/hour
Design-focused projects: $40+ USD/hour
Bonuses for exceptional work

Position is independent contract
