Role Overview

UX Researcher to help train and improve AI models by assessing how AI systems understand, generate, and evaluate design work. You’ll evaluate AI-generated UI/UX outputs and provide detailed feedback to improve aesthetics, usability, and creative quality.

Responsibilities

Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
Evaluate model output quality for correctness and performance
Help train models to better understand aesthetic quality and user-centered design
Contribute to design-focused projects such as UI/UX critique, product visuals, and aesthetic evaluation (e.g., presentations and creative deliverables)

Qualifications

Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
Bachelor’s degree (current/in-progress/completed) preferred, not required

Contracting, Schedule, and Compensation

Remote: full-time or part-time; choose which projects to work on
Independent contract position; work on your own schedule
Pay rate: General AI training projects start at $20+/hr; design-focused projects start at $40+/hr; bonuses for exceptional work
