About the role
Role overview
You will work as a UX Researcher helping train and improve AI models that generate and evaluate design work. You’ll review AI-produced interfaces and visuals, assess usability and aesthetic quality, and provide detailed feedback that directly shapes future AI tools for designers.
Responsibilities
- Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
- Evaluate AI output for correctness and performance
- Help train models to better understand aesthetic quality and user-centered design
Qualifications
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
- Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
- Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (current/in-progress/completed), but not required
Preferred / onboarding path
- Apply through the general core assessment, then complete a qualification for Web & UI/UX Design
- After approval, you may be invited to design-specific projects (e.g., UI/UX critique, product visuals, aesthetic evaluation)
Contract & benefits
- Remote (full-time or part-time) with flexibility to choose projects and work on your own schedule
- Payment via PayPal; design-focused projects start at $40+ USD/hr (general AI training starts at $20+ USD/hr) with bonuses for exceptional work
