About the role

UX Researcher (AI Training)

Help train AI models to better understand and evaluate design work—especially UI/UX, visual quality, and user-centered experiences.

What you’ll do

Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
Evaluate model outputs for correctness, quality, and performance
Provide detailed feedback to improve aesthetics, usability, and creative quality
Support design-specific AI training projects, such as:
- UI/UX critique
- Product visuals
- Aesthetic evaluation (presentations and creative deliverables)

Requirements

Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Background in UI/UX, web design, product design, or graphic design
Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
Bachelor’s preferred (current/in-progress/completed)

Compensation & work details

Remote full-time or part-time, with your own schedule
Independent contract work via PayPal
General AI training projects: $20+ USD/hour
Design-focused projects (Web & UI/UX Design): $40+ USD/hour
Bonuses for exceptional work
