Role Overview
UX Researcher II (Remote, 6-month contract)
You will lead end-to-end UX research across qualitative, quantitative, and usability studies and translate findings into actionable customer and business insights.
Responsibilities
- Lead customer interviews, surveys, and usability studies
- Analyze research results and convert them into practical business recommendations
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
- Partner with Product, CX, Marketing, and Business teams to improve customer experiences
Requirements (Must-Have)
- 3–5+ years of experience leading end-to-end UX/customer/market research
- Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills
- Experience with usability testing and survey design
- Familiarity with tools such as Qualtrics and UserTesting (or similar)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
