About the role

UX/Product Researcher

Shape product decisions through deep user understanding in a fast-paced, global marketplace environment. Embed research into product development so user insights directly inform strategy, design, and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with product, design, and growth teams to define research priorities and support strategic decision-making
  • Design and execute qualitative and mixed-methods research to answer product and business questions
  • Synthesize findings into clear, actionable insights that influence product and strategy
  • Coach designers and cross-functional partners on applying research best practices
  • Identify gaps in research operations and improve tools, processes, and documentation
  • Build and scale research frameworks to increase knowledge sharing and insight accessibility
  • Champion a user-centered culture by ensuring customer insights are integrated into product decisions
  • Support continuous discovery to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure research outputs are effectively used

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in UX or Product Research (ideally B2C digital products or marketplace environments)
  • Strong expertise in qualitative research and experience with mixed-methods
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into decision-driving insights
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder influence across product, design, and leadership
  • Experience mentoring/coaching designers or cross-functional partners on research practices
  • Strong organizational skills to manage end-to-end research projects independently
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, iterative environments with changing priorities
  • Ability to work in ambiguity and define structure in early-stage problem spaces
  • Proactive, ownership-driven mindset
  • Passion for user-centered design and scalable research practices
