Role Overview

Seeking a SharePoint UX/UI Designer (SharePoint-focused) to revamp the Agile Center of Excellence. The role focuses on improving the look and feel and making content more engaging and accessible for internal stakeholders using SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Redesign and update SharePoint UI/UX for improved internal content accessibility
• Improve the “content flow” with strong content creation and technical writing
• Collaborate cross-functionally and incorporate feedback
• Support ongoing updates to keep content easy to find and engaging

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong background in SharePoint UX/UI
• Demonstrated skills in product design, user experience, technical writing, and content creation
• Problem-solving mindset and strong focus on end-customer experience
• Ability to take feedback well and work effectively with stakeholders

Nice to Have

• Experience or alignment with Agile practices (not required to be an Agile expert)

Contract & Location

• Contract role based in Kansas City, MO
• Fully remote workplace type

Compensation

• $55.00 – $65.00 per hour (pay range provided)
