Role overview

Solutionreach is hiring a UX Designer to join its Product Design team. You’ll partner with Product Managers, Engineers, stakeholders, and customers to create user-centered solutions for complex healthcare challenges, turning insights and requirements into intuitive and measurable experiences.

What you’ll do

Develop a deep understanding of healthcare customers, their workflows, challenges, and goals.
Work with Product Managers and Engineering to identify customer problems and define user-centered solutions.
Lead the design process from discovery/ideation to wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI.
Create user flows, journey maps, information architecture, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
Conduct/support user research, usability testing, and customer interviews to validate designs.
Translate customer and business requirements into accessible, engaging experiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship incremental releases that deliver value over time.
Advocate for users while balancing business objectives and technical constraints.
Help evolve design systems, design standards, and UX best practices.
Present design concepts, rationale, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
Use feedback and product metrics to continuously improve UX.

Required qualifications

2–4 years designing digital products and UX.
Portfolio showing a strong design process, problem-solving, and impactful outcomes.
Experience with wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs.
Proficiency with Figma (and/or Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite).
Strong knowledge of user-centered design methodologies and UX best practices.
Experience conducting/supporting user research and usability testing.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to receive feedback and advocate for user needs.
Analytical and critical-thinking skills.
Understanding of Agile product development practices.

Preferred qualifications

Experience designing SaaS or healthcare technology products.
Familiarity with WCAG and inclusive design principles.
Experience working within design systems.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development concepts.
Data/analytics-informed design decisions.
