UX Designer

Role overview

Design the user experience for a high-traffic SaaS platform by turning complex analytical workflows into intuitive, high-quality web and mobile interfaces. You’ll partner closely with product management, engineering, and UX research to define journeys, map application flows, and ship pixel-perfect designs.

Responsibilities

• Create end-to-end user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile in Figma
• Maintain, scale, and contribute to a unified design system (UI patterns, typography, component states)
• Work with UX Researchers to plan and run usability tests; synthesize qualitative and quantitative findings into design iterations
• Collaborate with frontend engineering teams to ensure design intent translates accurately to production code (review builds, participate in QA)
• Define information architecture and interaction models for complex, data-dense dashboards and transactional workflows
• Present design concepts, prototypes, and rationale to cross-functional stakeholders

Requirements

• 3–6 years experience as a UX/UI Designer, Product Designer, or similar role at a technology company; portfolio showing shipped digital products
• Strong proficiency with modern design/prototyping tools, especially Figma and Advanced Prototyping, plus experience managing design systems
• Deep understanding of interaction design, visual design systems, information architecture, and accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Experience working in an agile product development lifecycle alongside software engineers and product managers
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Cognitive Science, or a related field

• Experience designing complex enterprise software and/or data visualization tools
• Basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript knowledge for prototyping
