About the role

UX Designer

Design intuitive, high-quality interfaces for a high-traffic SaaS platform by translating complex user workflows into clear digital experiences.

Responsibilities

Create user flows, wireframes, and journey maps to define and communicate interface interactions
Produce high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes in Figma, including micro-interactions and transitions
Partner with front-end engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and resolve technical constraints
Maintain and scale a centralized design system for reusable components, accessibility (WCAG) compliance, and consistent visuals
Use qualitative user research and quantitative product telemetry to iterate on features and address usability issues

Requirements

3–6 years of experience as a UX Designer/Product Designer shipping production-grade SaaS or web applications
Strong portfolio showing a structured design process, visual design craft, and interactive prototyping
Deep expertise with design/prototyping tools, specifically Figma
Solid understanding of information architecture, usability principles, and WCAG accessibility standards
Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Cognitive Science, or equivalent experience

Nice to Haves

Basic front-end knowledge (HTML/CSS)
Experience designing data visualization and analytics dashboards
