UX Designer

Role Overview

Own the end-to-end user experience for a high-transaction SaaS platform. Translate complex workflow requirements into intuitive, highly usable web and mobile interfaces—from research synthesis and wireframing to high-fidelity visual design and developer handoff.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile interfaces in Figma
• Maintain and scale an existing component-based design system to ensure consistent delivery across new features
• Create interactive prototypes demonstrating micro-interactions, complex state changes, and transitions for engineering and product stakeholders
• Collaborate with frontend engineers to preserve design intent via implementation reviews and detailed redlines
• Run qualitative usability testing and use user telemetry to identify friction points and validate design assumptions
• Translate complex analytical datasets into clear, readable dashboard visualizations and interactive charting experiences

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience as a UX Designer / Product Designer (or similar) for complex web/mobile SaaS
• Strong online portfolio covering user-centered design, information architecture, wireframing, and polished UI
• Advanced Figma proficiency (auto-layout, nested components, variables, advanced prototyping)
• Solid understanding of modern frontend layouts (HTML/CSS/JS) and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility compliance
• Strong communication skills presenting design decisions and incorporating cross-functional feedback
• Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)
