UX Designer

Role Overview

Design intuitive, end-to-end user journeys for high-scale digital products. You’ll transform complex technical requirements into elegant, accessible interfaces and collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers.

Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive user flows, wireframes, and pixel-perfect UI mockups in Figma for desktop and mobile applications.
• Maintain and scale a centralized design system, ensuring consistent patterns, components, and variables across multiple product lines.
• Build high-fidelity, interactive prototypes in Figma or ProtoPie to validate interactions, support usability testing, and align with engineering.
• Translate feature requirements into technical design specs with Product and Engineering; participate in daily standups and sprint planning.
• Iterate on live features using usability study feedback and quantitative product analytics (e.g., Hotjar, Mixpanel).
• Perform thorough design QA during engineering implementation to ensure visual and interactive fidelity before deployment.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience as a UX Designer / Product Designer or similar interaction design role at a technology company.
• Strong online portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work, iterations, and shipped results.
• Expert proficiency with industry-standard tools—specifically Figma and design system libraries.
• Strong user-centered design knowledge: interactive state flows, responsive layouts, typography, and WCAG accessibility (A/AA/AAA).
• Excellent communication skills for presenting and defending design decisions with cross-functional stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Basic front-end experience: HTML, CSS, Tailwind.
• Experience designing complex SaaS enterprise dashboards.
