About the role
Role Overview
Drive the user-centered design process for a complex web and mobile application. Translate user research and business requirements into intuitive, elegant product experiences, shaping interaction patterns, component libraries, and visual hierarchy.
Key Responsibilities
- Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma
- Run generative and evaluative user research; turn feedback and usability metrics into design iterations
- Collaborate with frontend engineers to ensure specifications are implemented accurately and with high visual quality
- Contribute to and maintain a scalable cross-platform design system for web, iOS, and Android
- Advocate for user-centric design and accessibility, including WCAG 2.1 AA best practices
What We’re Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, Product Designer, or similar role
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work (user problems, information architecture, clean UI)
- Expert proficiency in Figma (including interactive prototyping) and user testing tools
- Strong understanding of modern web standards and mobile design patterns (iOS HIG, Material Design) and responsive layouts
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Cognitive Science, or equivalent practical experience
Bonus
- Experience designing complex SaaS platforms or data visualization dashboards
- Basic familiarity with HTML/CSS and React
