About the role

Role Overview

Drive the user-centered design process for a complex web and mobile application. Translate user research and business requirements into intuitive, elegant product experiences, shaping interaction patterns, component libraries, and visual hierarchy.

Key Responsibilities

Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma
Run generative and evaluative user research; turn feedback and usability metrics into design iterations
Collaborate with frontend engineers to ensure specifications are implemented accurately and with high visual quality
Contribute to and maintain a scalable cross-platform design system for web, iOS, and Android
Advocate for user-centric design and accessibility, including WCAG 2.1 AA best practices

What We’re Looking For

3–6 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, Product Designer, or similar role
Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work (user problems, information architecture, clean UI)
Expert proficiency in Figma (including interactive prototyping) and user testing tools
Strong understanding of modern web standards and mobile design patterns (iOS HIG, Material Design) and responsive layouts
Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Cognitive Science, or equivalent practical experience

Bonus

Experience designing complex SaaS platforms or data visualization dashboards
Basic familiarity with HTML/CSS and React
