UX Designer

Role Overview

You will drive the user experience for complex, data-rich web and mobile applications. Working in a cross-functional product squad, you’ll collaborate with product managers, frontend engineers, and user researchers to design, test, and iterate on features that improve user engagement and retention.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user journeys, user flows, wireframes, and pixel-perfect UI mockups.
• Create and maintain a unified multi-platform design system for visual consistency across the product suite.
• Translate quantitative data and qualitative user research into actionable design solutions and rapid interactive prototypes.
• Partner with frontend engineers to ensure design intent matches implementation in React and React Native.
• Run usability testing, analyze feedback, and iterate designs using real-world evidence and behavior metrics.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience as a UX Designer, Product Designer, or Interaction Designer in a fast-growing technology company.
• Online portfolio showcasing high-fidelity visual design, complex user flows, and shipped product interfaces.
• Expert-level Figma skills (advanced auto-layout, components, variables, and prototyping).
• Strong understanding of user-centered design, information architecture, and WCAG accessibility.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to advocate for UX with stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Basic HTML/CSS/JS, motion design tools experience, or direct experience working on SaaS/enterprise workflows.
