Location: Full remote (based in the US; includes San Francisco, US)

Role overview

Own the user experience for Clinical Content and Intelligence in Arine’s pharmacist platform. You’ll lead user research and translate findings into flows, wireframes, prototypes, and contributions to the product’s design system.

Key missions

• Conduct user research & analysis to understand user needs and inform design decisions.
• Lead ideation/design exercises and transform research into user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Refine and contribute to the design system to streamline the design process across teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in UX, UI design, or related roles working on software products/services.
• Experience with user research methodologies, design thinking, information architecture, interaction design, and usability testing.
• Ability to recognize patterns across diverse use cases and product flows.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills; work closely with product managers, clinical experts, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Ability to solve complex user problems while balancing engineering trade-offs.

Nice-to-haves

• Understanding or experience with AI / Machine Learning concepts.
• Prior experience with front-end software development and/or software product management.
• Ability to guide front-end developers and product managers; provide constructive feedback.
• Familiarity with design systems / FE libraries.
• Familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools.
• Motion graphics/animation design experience.
• Experience in healthcare technology.

Collaboration & stakeholders

Coordinate design decisions with business objectives and communicate concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
