Role Overview

Joveo AI is hiring a UX Designer (Remote) to design intuitive, research-backed user experiences across its platform. You’ll turn complex hiring workflows into simple, elegant interfaces while advocating for users throughout the product development process.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct user research (interviews, usability testing) to inform design decisions
Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes for new features
Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver feasible, user-centered designs
Maintain UX documentation, including journey maps and design specifications
Iterate on designs using user feedback, analytics, and qualitative insights
Contribute to and maintain the design system and interaction standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong UX portfolio demonstrating the UX process (research → wireframing → final design)
Proficiency in Figma (or similar design/prototyping tools)
Experience running and synthesizing user research and usability studies
Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles
Ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and data teams
Strong systems thinking for complex, multi-step flows
