About the role

Role Overview

Joveo is hiring a UX Designer to create intuitive, research-backed user experiences across the Joveo platform. You’ll translate complex workflows into simple, elegant interfaces while advocating for users throughout the product development process.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct user research (interviews) and usability testing to guide design decisions
Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes for new features
Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver feasible, user-centered designs
Maintain UX documentation, including journey maps and design specifications
Iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics, and qualitative insights
Contribute to and maintain the design system and interaction standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong UX portfolio showing the UX process (research → wireframes → final designs)
Proficiency in Figma (or similar design/prototyping tools)
Experience conducting and synthesizing user research and usability studies
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles
Ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and data teams
Strong systems thinking for complex, multi-step user flows
