About the role

Role Overview

Joveo is hiring a UX Designer (Remote) to design intuitive, research-backed user experiences across the Joveo platform. You will turn complex workflows into simple, elegant interfaces and advocate for users throughout product development.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to guide design decisions
Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes for new features
Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver feasible, user-centered designs
Maintain UX documentation, including journey maps and design specifications
Iterate designs using user feedback, analytics, and qualitative insights
Contribute to and maintain the design system and interaction standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong UX portfolio covering the full process (research → wireframing → final design)
Proficiency in Figma (or similar prototyping/design tools)
Experience conducting and synthesizing user research and usability studies
Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles
Ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and data teams
Strong systems thinking for complex, multi-step user flows
