UX Designer (Remote)
Create intuitive, research-backed user experiences across Joveo’s recruitment advertising platform.
Role Overview
You will translate complex workflows into simple, elegant interfaces while advocating for users throughout the product development process.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research (interviews) and usability testing to guide design decisions
- Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes for new features
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver feasible, user-centered designs
- Maintain UX documentation (e.g., journey maps and design specifications)
- Iterate on designs using user feedback, analytics, and qualitative insights
- Contribute to and maintain the design system and interaction standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong UX portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX process (research, wireframing, final design)
- Proficiency in Figma (or similar design/prototyping tools)
- Experience running and synthesizing user research and usability studies
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design
- Ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and data teams
- Strong systems thinking for designing complex, multi-step user flows
