About the role
Role Overview
UX Designer (Fully Remote) for 12+ months (2 interview rounds) supporting an omni-channel customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Apply design thinking / human-centered design to improve customer experiences across multiple channels.
- Lead UX workshops and facilitate collaborative discovery and design sessions.
- Present designs and provide consultative recommendations on the best UX approach.
- Work effectively in ambiguous environments with limited structure.
Required Qualifications
- Omni-channel experience across multiple touchpoints, e.g.:
- Agent/agent experience
- Mobile
- Website (.com)
- Customer care center
- Retail-style in-store + .com + mobile examples
- Customer-facing sales / eCommerce experience (avoid B2B).
- Knowledge of Design Thinking or Human Design Thinking.
- Experience leading UX workshops, presenting designs, and recommending solutions.
- Comfortable working in environments with ambiguity / lack of structure.
- Formal UX education or completed UX courses (not only graphic/web design with a transition into UX).
