About the role

Role Overview

UX Designer (Fully Remote) for 12+ months (2 interview rounds) supporting an omni-channel customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Apply design thinking / human-centered design to improve customer experiences across multiple channels.
  • Lead UX workshops and facilitate collaborative discovery and design sessions.
  • Present designs and provide consultative recommendations on the best UX approach.
  • Work effectively in ambiguous environments with limited structure.

Required Qualifications

  • Omni-channel experience across multiple touchpoints, e.g.:
    • Agent/agent experience
    • Mobile
    • Website (.com)
    • Customer care center
    • Retail-style in-store + .com + mobile examples
  • Customer-facing sales / eCommerce experience (avoid B2B).
  • Knowledge of Design Thinking or Human Design Thinking.
  • Experience leading UX workshops, presenting designs, and recommending solutions.
  • Comfortable working in environments with ambiguity / lack of structure.
  • Formal UX education or completed UX courses (not only graphic/web design with a transition into UX).
