About the role

Role Overview

Hire Feed is hiring a UX/UI Designer for a contractual remote engagement. You’ll design and develop user interfaces and user experiences for multiple platforms, helping create intuitive, engaging products from concept through launch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design UX/UI solutions that meet user needs and align with business goals
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to guide design decisions
  • Collaborate with product management, engineering, and marketing to ensure designs meet requirements
  • Develop and maintain design systems (style guides, design languages, component libraries)
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying them to product design

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and/or Adobe Creative Cloud (wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity design)
  • Strong understanding of human-centered design and experience running user research/testing
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and stay organized
  • Portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design and development across various platforms
