About the role

Role overview

We’re hiring a UX Designer to design effortless, user-centered experiences for Caledonia’s financial products. You’ll shape user flows, build UX systems, and help make financial services easier and more enjoyable to use.

Responsibilities

Design end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile products
Collaborate with Product Managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define UX priorities and feature direction
Translate product requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and detailed visual designs
Conduct user research and usability testing, iterating based on real feedback
Develop and maintain UX patterns and documentation for consistency
Help define and evolve the design language and component library
Clearly present design decisions and advocate for user needs

Requirements

3+ years of experience in UX / interaction / product design
A strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving through design
Proven experience designing digital products (not only landing/marketing pages)
Strong proficiency with Figma, including prototyping and handoff workflows
Ability to work closely with engineers and product managers in agile teams
Strong communication skills and ability to explain design thinking
