About the role

Role Overview

UX Designer for a remote incubation team focused on enhancing internal valuation operations for a commercial real estate advisory firm. You’ll work with a small agile team on rapid prototyping and AI-assisted design, collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and UX researchers.

Responsibilities

Design intuitive web applications and create rapid prototypes
Present prototypes to users and SMEs, then iterate based on feedback
Collaborate with engineering and product teams
Support UX research activities and engage directly with users

Requirements

Strong UX design experience with a generalist approach
Experience with Figma and designing web applications
Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows and prototyping tools

Nice to Haves / Preferences

Preference for candidates in the DFW area for occasional office visits
