About the role

Role Overview

Optomi is seeking a UX Designer to join an incubation team focused on improving internal valuation operations for a commercial real estate advisory firm. You’ll work on a small Agile team doing fast iteration and rapid prototyping with an AI-first mindset, collaborating with product managers, developers, and UX researchers.

Responsibilities

Design intuitive web applications and build rapid prototypes.
Present prototypes to users and SMEs, then iterate based on feedback.
Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams.
Support UX research activities and actively engage with users.

Requirements

Strong UX design experience with a generalist approach.
Experience with Figma and web application design.
Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows and prototyping tools.

Nice-to-Haves / Preferences

Remote role with a preference for DFW area candidates for potential office visits.
