UX Designer

Role overview

Remote UX Designer (Atlanta, GA) supporting a client team via Kforce. You’ll help shape customer and service experiences using service design frameworks, research, and strong storytelling to align stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop service blueprints, journey maps, and ecosystem diagrams to clarify complex relationships across people, processes, and platforms
• Support product and initiative goals with research, visual design, and strategy as needed
• Create frameworks for competitive research and guide investments in customer-facing and internal capabilities
• Plan and conduct generative and evaluative research using multiple methods to surface user needs and test hypotheses
• Translate research findings into clear recommendations to inform service and design direction
• Collaborate closely with designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers
• Facilitate ideation sessions and prototyping exercises
• Deliver executive-level presentations to communicate service vision

Requirements

• Experience creating customer-facing and internal/operational experiences
• Background that combines service design with business or consulting experience (e.g., operational execution, test & learn)
• Ability to be flexible and adapt approach based on business needs; comfortable pivoting in a fast-paced, stakeholder-heavy environment
• Strong communication and storytelling skills; able to present clearly to peers and stakeholders
